Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure project completion within the set timeline and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Site Supervision:
• Supervise site staff, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and construction practices.
• Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with local building codes and regulations.
• Technical Duties:
• Interpret and execute construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Provide technical advice and solutions to site challenges.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, project schedules, and progress updates.
• Quality Control:
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Identify and rectify any defects or discrepancies in construction work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a site engineering role within the construction industry.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
