Role Summary:

Aruna Warehousing is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in real estate development / civil engineering / construction, with a strong background in managing construction projects, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Quality Control: Ensure all construction work meets the company's quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
• Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, resolving any issues that arise on-site.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, material logs, and site diaries.
• Communication: Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the integrity and quality of construction work.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address any project delays, inefficiencies, or challenges promptly.
• Resource Management: Manage the allocation and utilization of materials, labor, and equipment effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial real estate development, particularly in the construction of factories and warehouses.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in construction software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
