Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work complies with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Design:
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Create and review engineering designs and drawings.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
• Site Supervision and Coordination:
• Oversee daily construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to designs, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Quality Control and Assurance:
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Implement quality control procedures and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Cost Estimation and Budget Management:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage project budgets.
• Monitor project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction activities.
• Stay updated with changes in regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work on construction sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
