Site Engineer (solar Projects)

Job Description
- Oversee the installation and construction of solar projects on-site.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Ensure that all health and safety requirements are met on site.
- Provide technical support to the project team, as required.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or potential problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out on site, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and quality control documentation.
- Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and community members, as required.
- Attend regular team meetings and provide progress reports to the project manager.
- Diploma/ ITI- Electrical
- Relevant experience in solar projects, construction, or related field.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
