Site Engineer
Job Description
Extensive knowledge in Boiler pressure parts, Ducting, Burner Management system,In-process Inspection, Site Management, Schedule Planning, EPC Contractor Coordination, NDT activities DPT, RT & Heating Processes, Preparation MIS reports. Rectifying tube leakages, in pressure parts: Water wall, coil bends. Capable to manage the customer with good relationship, Implementation of work related SOPs at site. Planning of periodic inspections to ensure smooth operation of Boiler/ erection schedule and pre-assembly of pressure parts, ducting, structure etc. Preparation of boiler material record as per the drawings Maintenance of Burner management system, replacement of burner oil gun hoses and nozzles, Erection & Commissioning of burner management system and boiler house integral piping. Resolving issues, deviations negotiate amicably as per the contract with Client and Contractor with project centric and cost effective approach. Accountable for inspection of incoming material as per standard & specifications, participating in review meeting with contractors and coordinating with PMO / OEM for site modification and related activities. Engaging contractor, manpower & machineries as per the compliance with relevant health & safety guidelines while maintaining harmonious & industrial relation environment on site.
