AJ STUDIOS currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer cum Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role demands a site engineer cum project manager proficient in interior management and handling combines technical expertise with managerial skills to oversee construction projects. They are responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards, managing resources, and liaising with clients, architects, and subcontractors. Their proficiency in interior management involves overseeing interior design elements, material procurement, and ensuring aesthetic and functional requirements are met. This dual role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring progress.

Oversees selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings to align with design concepts and client requirements.

Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time, while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.

Implement effective risk management strategies to minimize project risks. Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

To ensure efficient use of materials in interior design projects, it's essential to carefully assess the quantity and quality of materials. This ensures optimal resource utilization and high standards of execution.

Experience - Minimum 10+ years

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
