Job Advertisement: Site Engineer Position

Position: Site Engineer

Location:Pune

Experience: 3-5 years of site handling experience

Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are executed in compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, resources, and materials.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Collaborate with design teams to resolve any construction-related issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in site handling and project execution.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, and Project Management Software (like Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools).
• Strong understanding of construction estimation and preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Knowledge of civil engineering standards, construction methods, and project management principles.
• Other Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?11,023.55 - ?41,285.73 per month
