Job Title: Site Engineer / Service Engineer

Reporting to: Site InchargeJob Purpose:

• Understand and execute project requirements.
• Plan resources for project execution.
• Maintain machines, tools, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a list of materials for site/project execution.
• Coordinate with vendors for materials.
• Prepare and compile reports.
• Track and report site activities.
• Maintain stock records and ensure safety protocols.

• Product/service training.
• Access to online resources for personal development.

Education Qualification:

• BE/BTech/MTech.

Core Skills:

• Knowledge of pumps, filtration systems, piping, and flow calculations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and proactive skills.

Experience:

• Fresher to 3 years of experience in Diesel Generator servicing, tank cleaning, or heavy machinery servicing.

Software Knowledge:

• Google Workspace, Microsoft Office.

Salary:Depends on current CTC.Day-to-Day Activities:

• Gain mastery in process execution and train supervisors and helpers.
• Coordinate with site staff and operate equipment as needed to ensure smooth execution.
• Gather client feedback post-site execution.
• Collect client/site information and provide it to management.
• Maintain stock records for all materials issued for services.
• Ensure safety measures and protocols are followed at all times.
• Ensure all equipment, systems, machines, tools, and tackles are kept clean and organized after use.
• Perform regular maintenance of machines, tools, and other equipment.
• Prepare reports and compile documentation for site activities.
• Plan, prioritize, track, and report on site activities.
• Submit comprehensive reports to the client.
• Collect and maintain data in the required formats related to site activities.
• Maintain productivity and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
