Location: Bhiwandi, Thane?Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring the timely and safe completion of projects.Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site investigations and surveys to assess project feasibility.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to review project plans and specifications.
  • Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and equipment usage.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and relevant regulations.

Capable of guiding construction workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient and timely project execution.
  • Record-Keeping:
Proficiency in maintaining accurate site records, including material usage, labor hours, and project costs.
  • Health & Safety Compliance:
Knowledge of safety regulations and ensuring that construction activities adhere to safety protocols.
