: A skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to take on the responsibility of overseeing construction of a Transmission Line. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of the project within the specified timeline and quality standards, while effectively managing Right of Way issues and liaising with stakeholders.
Experience: more than 2 Years of relevant experience
Proven experience in construction of transmission lines, particularly at 132kV and above voltage levels.
Proficiency in assessing, reviewing, and evaluating technical documents related to transmission line construction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Right of Way Management:
? Identify and address Right of Way issues related to the construction of the transmission line.
? Hold meetings with various government and private stakeholders to seek Right of Way clearance and resolve any related issues.
2) Stakeholder Engagement:
? Collaborate with government agencies, local authorities, landowners, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and permissions for the transmission line construction.
? Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and ensure smooth progress of the project.
3) Transmission Line Construction:
? Ensure construction activities at the site as per the approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
? Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.
4) Technical Document Review:
? Assess, review, and evaluate technical documents such as engineering drawings, design documents, and other related documents pertaining to the transmission line.
? Ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
5) Client Liaison:
? Act as the primary point of contact for the client regarding technical matters related to the transmission line construction.
? Ensure timely submission and approval of all technical documents and drawings by liaising with the client representatives.
6) Reporting:
? Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on site activities, progress, and any issues encountered.
? Provide updates to the project management team regarding construction status, challenges, and potential risks.
7) Schedule Adherence:
? Work closely with the project scheduler to ensure that construction activities are aligned with the project schedule (L2 schedule).
? Identify any delays or deviations from the schedule and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks.
