Job Description

- Experience in site planning and scheduling according to project requirements.

- Estimate, prepare, and allocate resources such as manpower, materials,

consumables, equipment, and tools necessary for mechanical and related works

prior to execution.

- Coordinate with Client/Consultant representatives for site instructions and

inspection of works.

- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved construction drawings,

contract documents, project specifications, and relevant standards (local, national,

international).

- Maintain daily and weekly work records and report to the Project Manager.

- Follow up with vendors and consultants on engineering activities, coordinating

for timely manufacturing and delivery of materials and equipment to the site.

- Participate in Client/Contractor meetings and submit weekly Project Status

Reports.

Qualifications Required:

- BE Mechanical

- Minimum 3-4 yrs of experience

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Preferably minimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry, particularly

in multi-story steel buildings.
