Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient progress of projects
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Prepare and review project plans, specifications, and other documentation
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members
• Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with relevant building codes and regulations
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD and other construction software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
