We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Industrial Construction Junior Site Engineer. The Junior Site Engineer will work closely with senior engineering staff to support construction projects at our industrial sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in construction engineering and project management within the industrial sector.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist senior engineers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities at industrial sites.

2. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and standards.

3. Assist in reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents for accuracy and completeness.

4. Support the preparation and submission of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports as needed.

5. Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues and address construction-related challenges.

6. Assist in maintaining construction documentation and records, including project files, drawings, and correspondence.

7. Participate in safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

8. Perform other duties as assigned by senior engineering staff to support project objectives and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field required.

2. 3-5 years of experience in construction engineering or related field preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

3. Basic understanding of construction engineering principles, methods, and practices.

4. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.

5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,795.80 - ?41,399.47 per month
