The ideal candidate will have a strong technical proficiency, excellent project management skills, and a passion for overseeing construction projects that enhance the lives of the people who use them. As a Site Engineer at One Roof Constructions, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional construction solutions.Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project completion within the allocated time and budget
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications
• Prepare and review project schedules, plans, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that arise during construction
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on construction status
• Contribute to the firms commitment to sustainability and innovation in construction practices

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction/management software
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices is a plus
