As a Site Engineer specializing in cement, steel, and power plant projects, your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical tasks to ensure successful project execution. Below is a refined list of key responsibilities tailored for this role:

• Assist in Supervision : Support senior engineers in overseeing mechanical installations and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Site Inspections : Participate in regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Documentation : Help prepare daily reports, inspection requests, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Resource Coordination : Assist in estimating and coordinating the delivery of materials and tools needed for mechanical tasks.
• Technical Support : Provide technical assistance to construction teams, addressing queries and facilitating effective communication.
• Quality Control : Participate in quality assurance checks to ensure that materials and workmanship meet required standards.
• Safety Compliance : Promote adherence to health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Problem-Solving : Help identify and address any technical issues that arise during construction activities.
• Collaboration with Teams : Work alongside other engineering disciplines (electrical, civil) to ensure integrated project execution.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in the steel, cement, or construction industry.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma .
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:

• Salary is negotiable based on experience.

• Projects will be based across India (Pan India).
