Greetings!

We require an experienced Site Engineer (Luxury Interior) for our company.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Should be well aware with the Authorities processes and should coordinate with authorities for timely approvals.

2) Should coordinate with all the subcontractors and execute the works as per the BSI & ASTI standards.

3) Coordinate with 3rd party labs and complete the tests on time for all the necessary activities.

4) Coordinate with the Subcons/ suppliers i.e. Concrete vendors, Steel vendors, etc. as per the site requirement.

5) Execute all structural members such as footings, pedestals, columns, plinth beams etc., as per drawings

6) Checking the positions of the members, reinforcement details such as dia spacing numbers, lapping, position, starter bars cover, anchorage etc., as per drawings.

7) Checking out the formwork dimensions, alignment, plumb, gaps, stability etc., as per drawings.

8) Taking approvals for slab casting from Consultant and DDA after checking all requirements for reinforcement for beams, slabs such as dimensions dia of bars, lapping, negatives, positives and shear reinforcement, stirrup spacing's, crank length extra bars etc., as per drawings.

9) Conducting post pore inspections and monitoring repairs to RCC Works.

10) Avoid the leakage control to the sunken slabs.

11) Checking the Architectural works such as brick masonry after checking first course, internal and external plastering after put level pegs for alignment, plumb and appropriate dimensions for openings.

12) Checking out the workmanship after plastering such as alignment plumb, corner angels, general surface condition curing etc., point out the defect and get them rectified.

13) Taking the cube results of the mix cubes after 7days & 28 days curing and record the results.

14) Checking the quality of materials such as, bricks, course aggregate, fine aggregate and approve them as they satisfy the requirements.

15) Fixing up the targets to the subcons and monitoring as per that

16) To look after the progress as per schedule.

17) Monitoring day to day progress of the work.

18) Pointing out the outstanding works to the execution team

19) Maintaining Productivity Logs. Prepare and send Daily Work progress report, Quality reports with Pics to Line Manager

20) Completing all necessary Q.A. documentation related to the work under his direct control and co-ordinate daily site inspections

21) Ensure complete and proper Documentation management is done regarding approved drawings, approved contracts.

22) Monitoring all Sub-contractors work closely to ensure that the Quality of the work is as per specification and is completed on time.

23) Ensuring that work is executed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications, agreed procedures and method statements

24) Completely responsible for ensuring Method statements are followed.

25) Ensuring that safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce and are fully enforced.

Education, Knowledge and Skills:

- BE Civil.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes

- Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure

- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills

Experience: 5 - 9 Years

Salary: Up to INR 12 LPA

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?1,200,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

• Luxury Villa / Luxury Residential Projects: 2 years (Required)
• Site Engineer (Construction): 5 years (Required)
• Interior / Fitouts: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (Required)
