We are looking for a highly capable civil engineer with interior work to manage our projects. You will be responsible for day-to-day execution, allocating & supervising resources for the timely completion of works, planning, and execution of works as per design and drawing.
Job specification: -
Applicant must have 1-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer
Education: - Diploma in Civil engineering/ BE Civil
Civil, interiors and Fit outs works MEP and HAVC Technical expert
Having Good Communication, presentation skills, organizing skills, networking skills, leadership quality, team motivational skills, strong logical & analytical skills, and good business sense.
Experience in site supervision, execution, finishing, and coordination of civil & interior work and also contractors billing, fit out, Quality verification of material and work. Controlling wastage.
Should be reliable, team leader, self-motivated, and well-disciplined.
• Assist, guide, and monitor workers in their day-to-day affairs.
• Handle disciplinary/ performance issues in consultation with Project Lead.
Should be able to work under pressure.
Facade knowledge and experience.
