• Job Summary Responsible for managing and supervising Interior fit out project Execution. This includes ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and aligning with all design specifications.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of contractor workers and subcontractors on site.
• Review project specifications, construction drawings, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with design standards. xefx82xb7 Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports on project status, including site activity logs and technical documentation.
• Ensure efficient use of materials, minimizing waste and controlling project costs.
• Assist in planning project timelines and coordinate with procurement teams for material and equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any site issues related to design, structural, or technical aspects of the project.
• Liaise with architects, designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer, specifically in Commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Strong technical background in the construction of retail, restaurant, and office spaces.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and project specifications.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the fit-out contracting industry.
