Job Description

Position: - Site Engineer.

Desired Profile: The candidates should have hands-on experience in overseeing building, bridges, and roads projects, with proficiency in preparing bills, estimates, DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), and managing all site-related activities. Basically, the role requires to be independently handling all site work with having strong organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and a commitment to ensuring projects are completed on time as per instruction received from reporting head.

Education and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field

Experience: - 1 to 5 Year Experience.

Relevant Experience required in: - Roads, Bridges and Building related work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular inspections of construction sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
• Reviewing project plans and blueprints, preparing detailed schedules, and monitoring progress against established timelines.
• Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all parties are aligned with project goals.
• Preparing and submitting DPRs, progress reports, and other documentation as required by project stakeholders.
• Assisting in the preparation of bills of quantities (BOQs), estimates.
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
• ? Collaborating with, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in building, bridges, or roads projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and construction management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
