Job Summary:

1. Implement electrical systems and components for Transmission line.

2. Conduct feasibility studies, analyze technical requirements, and provide recommendations for electrical system improvements and upgrade.

3. Prepare detailed engineering designs, specifications, and cost estimates for electrical projects.

4. Review and interpret electrical codes, standards, and regulations to ensure.

5. Keep up-to-date with advancements in electrical engineering technologies and industry best practices to enhance professional knowledge and expertise.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

1. Compliance with Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

2. Project Timelines: Track and meet project timelines for electrical engineering projects. Ensure timely completion of deliverables within the scheduled time frame.

3. Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs associated with electrical engineering activities, such as equipment procurement, installation, and maintenance. Aim to achieve cost savings without compromising quality and reliability.

4. Safety Performance: Measure and maintain a high level of safety performance within the 33kV system. Monitor safety incidents, near-misses, and implement proactive safety measures.

5. Customer Satisfaction: Collect feedback from stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and end-users, to assess their satisfaction with the electrical engineering services provided.

KRA (Key Result Areas)

1. Design and Engineering: Ensure engineering of 33kV electrical systems, including the selection of appropriate equipment, preparation of technical specifications, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.

2. Installation and Commissioning: Oversee the installation and commissioning of 33kV electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and project requirements. Monitor and verify the proper functioning of equipment during the commissioning process.

3. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and industry standards for the 33kV system. Implement safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and promote a culture of safety among the team.

4. Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to resolve complex issues and troubleshoot electrical problems in the 33kV system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to identify and implement effective solutions.

5. Project Management: Manage electrical engineering projects related to 33kV systems, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget control. Ensure timely and successful project delivery while meeting client expectations and organizational objectives.

6. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Stay updated with advancements in electrical engineering technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to 33kV systems. Share knowledge and provide training to team members to enhance their skills and expertise.

7. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Provide regular project updates, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical

Experience: Minimum 2 Years experience in Power sector.
