Site Engineer
Job Description
• Good knowledge Civil construction/ Interior Fit outs.
• Basic Knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Networking, Safety and Security Systems
• Capability to read and analyze drawings and get execution done as per GFC drawings
• Good knowledge in quantity surveying, checking/preparation of RA(Running Accounts) Bills certification
• Planning of work, materials and labours on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Co - ordination with the contractors and Design team, resolving/escalating issues on site
• Ensure safety and quality of work done at site, as per construction checklist.
• Follow schedule and ensure availability of Material and Labour in advance.
• Preparation of weekly report and submitting the same to superiors.
• Good knowledge in quality checking and auditing.
Education :Diploma, Graduation in Civil, Design, Architecture, Mechanical Electrical or relevant experience
Technical Skills:Tech-savvy, and have experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives.
Experience : At least 3 yrs in Civil/Interior for Corporate and Commercial projects
Location : Ludhaina
