Key Responsibilities:
The Site Supervisor supervises daily operations, ensures project adherence to design specifications, monitors progress, and addresses issues promptly.
They enforce safety protocols, conduct regular site inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed.
The role includes regular client communication, resource management to ensure timely delivery and cost control, and team leadership to foster a productive work environment.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in metal manufacturing or interior decor supervision, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and design plans, and knowledge of metal manufacturing methods and regulations, are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
