Mandatory Experience : Railway Projects in Signaling & Telecom
Responsibilities:
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, considering timelines, resources, and budget constraints.
• Construction Scheduling: Create and manage detailed schedules, tracking tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
• Budget Management: Monitor project costs, allocate resources efficiently, and stay within budget limits.
• Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with subcontractors, architects, and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
• Technical Expertise: Analyze engineering plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to minimize delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, site diaries, and quality control measures.
• Measurement Book (MB) Preparation: Assist in billing by preparing accurate measurement books.
