Job Summary Job Role : To coordinate and supervise the technical aspects of construction projects for the effective implementation of planned design of MGD Retail projects. - Monitor project execution is as per the approved drawings within specified cost, quality, budget, and time parameters. - Oversee overall project execution so as to ensure project completion within timelines and adherence to applicable statutes and guidelines. - Review work schedule and make changes as necessary and provide technical advice and suggestions for project improvement. - Ensure men, material, and machine availability at all times in assigned projects. - Prepare project progress MIS reports to relevant stakeholders accurately and within the specified time. - Liaison with relevant government/external parties for the execution of projects. - Supervise site purchase ordering and forecast material requirements in consultation with Storekeeper and Procurement team. Required Skills : - Construction management experience in residential apartment buildings & infrastructure. - Supervise construction activities as per the approved design drawings, engineering methods and principles.
