: Site Engineer

The Site Engineer plays a critical role in the planning, execution, and supervision of construction projects. They ensure that construction activities comply with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning and Execution : Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure the project is progressing as planned.
• Technical Oversight : Interpret and implement technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints. Address any technical issues arising on-site.
• Quality Control : Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Coordination : Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Resource Management : Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
• Health and Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and ensure the site adheres to local health and safety regulations.
• Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly to minimize delays.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records, including progress reports, cost tracking, and site documentation.

Qualifications and Skills :

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in site supervision and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
