Job Summary:
As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects on-site, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.
Experience : 3 to 6 Years
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, including supervising workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Coordinate with project managers to develop work schedules and timelines.
• Monitor progress and quality of work, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain high construction standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve technical challenges.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, budget updates, and other documentation as required.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, technologies, and regulations related to construction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
