We are looking for a skilled and motivated Site Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective communication, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations on a construction site.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise Site Operations : Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring they are carried out according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Site Management : Ensure efficient resource management, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project timelines.
• Quality Assurance : Monitor construction work to ensure it meets the project's quality standards. Perform inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and building codes.
• Technical Support : Provide technical advice and assistance to construction workers, contractors, and other team members to resolve engineering issues on-site.
• Health & Safety Compliance : Ensure that all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Progress Monitoring : Track project progress, prepare regular reports on work completed, and highlight any delays or issues that could impact timelines.
• Cost Control : Monitor and manage project costs by ensuring resources are used efficiently, and any changes to the project scope are documented and controlled.
• Coordination and Communication : Act as the main point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Coordinate between the site team and office to ensure smooth project execution.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of construction activities, progress reports, material orders, safety inspections, and any other documentation required for the project.
• Problem Solving : Identify potential issues on-site and propose solutions to ensure the project continues without delays.
• Site Logistics : Organize and plan the site layout, ensuring materials and equipment are delivered and stored safely and efficiently.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with 2- 3 years of experience
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and resolve issues promptly.

Desired Skills :

• Familiarity with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction.
• Experience with project scheduling and cost estimation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.

Physical Demands :

• Ability to spend long hours on-site, including walking, standing, and lifting as needed.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and manage physically demanding tasks.
