Job Description

Responsibilities;

- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

- Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications.

- Coordinate and communicate effectively with construction workers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks to the project manager and senior management.

- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment for all site workers.

- Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential hazards and ensure quality control.

- Maintain accurate records of construction activities and submit daily/weekly reports as required.

- Resolve any onsite issues promptly and efficiently to minimize delays and disruptions.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate onsite teams.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

- Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations.

- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and project management software.

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
