We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed within specified time frames and budgetary constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to address any issues or concerns.
- Monitor project progress and report on project status to management.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
- Resolve any construction-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience working as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
