Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced On-Site Architect/Site Supervisor to join our team for immediate hiring. As an On-Site Architect/Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with different agencies to ensure the completion of site work for an Office at IT Park, Bhopal.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise on-site activities with various agencies to ensure the timely and successful completion of the site work for the IT office in Bhopal.
• Review and evaluate quotations from different agencies for various tasks, considering quality and financial aspects.
• Finalize agency selection based on a comprehensive assessment of their expertise, experience, quality of work, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and architectural standards throughout the site work process.
• Collaborate closely with the project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals, to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify any issues or challenges, and propose suitable solutions to maintain project timelines.
• Maintain effective communication channels with all the departments, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and any potential obstacles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience as an On-Site Architect/Site Supervisor, overseeing site work and coordinating with different agencies.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, architectural design principles, and building codes.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Availability to start immediately and work on-site at the IT office location in Bhopal.
