Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Site Civil Engineer to join our team in Pune on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction activities, ensuring quality, and coordinating with diverse teams. This role requires hands-on experience in construction management and site supervision to deliver exceptional project execution in line with our unique approach in the industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in civil engineering, with a focus on managing on-site construction activities effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Solid experience in construction management to oversee projects from inception to completion (Mandatory skill).
• Strong site supervision skills for ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in structural analysis to determine the integrity and safety of designs and constructions.
• Competence in project planning for effective project execution and timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Experience with AutoCAD for drafting and planning purposes, ensuring accurate and precise design implementations.
• Ability to implement quality control measures to maintain the standards and requirements of construction projects.
• Expertise in risk management to identify potential risks and formulate strategies to mitigate them effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with project teams and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and project progress.
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications accurately.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on site progress, compliance, and safety concerns.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction to avoid project delays.
• Oversee procurement and resource allocation for efficient project management and execution.
• Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure all project components meet the required standards.
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Coordinating with contractors, workers, and engineers.
• Maintaining site records, including daily progress and resource utilization.
• Managing resource allocation (labour, materials, and equipment).
• Ensuring adherence to technical specifications and design standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
