Job Description
Job Title : Site Engineer
Location : Moshi, Pune
Employment Type : Full-time (Monday to Saturday; half-day on 2nd & 4th Saturdays)
Job Responsibilities
• Manage, design, develop, and maintain construction projects ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability.
• Conduct on-site investigations, perform feasibility studies, and develop technical blueprints.
• Assess risks, costs, and materials; supervise site activities and mentor staff.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
Key Skills
• Proficiency in construction methods, technical drawings, and site surveying.
• Project management, cost management, and quality control expertise.
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulatory compliance, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Salary : ?30,000 - ?40,000 per month
