Immediate Hiring for the RELIABLE BUILDERS Vashi

Location- Kalamboli Roadpali (Navi Mumbai)

Position: -Site supervisor in Civil

Experience 4+ yrs. exp in residential / commercial with builders / developers

Education Qualification: -Diploma /BE/ B Tech/ Diploma Civil/Graduate

Salary- Rs 35,000 to 40,000 Max depends on current salary & experience

Experience:

• Total work: 5 years (Preferred)
• Key person responsible for attending & solving technical problems and queries on site.
• Day to Day follow-up with different vendors and contractors for proper and timely functioning of the site.
• Providing weekly progress reports to superiors.
• Weekly updating milestone bar chart.
• Providing daily Stock report at the end of the day & keeping a tab on the material procurement needs.
• Ensuring the Safety precautions of the workers and site visitors are in check
• Coordinating with concerned person of various architects, consultants, etc. for drawings and corrections.
• Person should be capable of doing Finishing work. Should have the complete knowledge from Footing stage to Key Handover.
• Mostly candidate in NAVIMUMBAI preferred.
