Job Description

Looking for site engineer for Mulund & Thane who has experience of 4-5 years. He must have experience in managing luxury residential & commercial projects. Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulation & must have ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Perform setting out of the building and centreline work with accurate demarcation of the building layout.
• Conduct thorough checks on all technical civil work and finishing work to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Address and resolve contractor issues promptly, and manage the site operations independently to ensure smooth workflow.
• Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure all work done by contractors meets required standards.
• Review and certify contractor bills accurately, ensuring they reflect the actual work completed and materials used.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and perform reconciliation of records every 15 days. Ensure all records are systematically organized in Excel for easy retrieval and review.
• Prepare and manage the Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and perform reconciliation of all work completed.
• Conduct joint measurements with contractors to ensure accurate quantification of work done.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of work.
• Obtain, compare, and analyse quotations from various vendors and ensure timely follow-up to maintain project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in civil engineering, in the real estate sector.

Proficiency in using AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other relevant software.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality control standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with contractors, vendors, and team members.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
