Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing residential bungalow projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and be proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project sites from planning to execution.
• Conduct follow-ups, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate activities.
• Ensure timely project completion and quality assurance.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential bungalow projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
