-Qualification- Civil Diploma Holder -Experience 2 to 4 years - should be able to communicate in English and Hindi Fluently. -Willing to Relocate based on the site requirements. -Oversee and manage Day to day operations , Handling purchases , and ensure Staff attendence. -Day to day planning of work and Explain the design to workers to get the described result or design. -Develop and implement construction schedules and ensure that work is completed within the specified time frame. -Coordinate with the interior designers team, sub contractors, Vendors and other relevant parties to ensure the smooth operation of the construction site. -Supervise and evaluate the performance of the construction workers and other staff members. -Maintain detailed records of all construction activities and reporting to the Head office on day to day Basis. -Coordinates with vendors to get the materials on time without effecting the work. -Proper keeping of the stocks and reporting the same to the Head office on daily basis. -Ensure that quality standards are met throughout the construction process.
