Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is conducted safely and efficiently.
• Assist in coordinating construction activities and managing on-site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and report any issues to the project manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Help with the scheduling of tasks and resources on-site.

Qualifications:

• Gender: Male
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience is not required.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and safety regulations is a plus.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
