Job Summary: Galway Construction Company is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer specializing in civil engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the field, with a proven track record in managing construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring work is performed according to project plans and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other key stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive site reports, schedules, and project documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and promptly address any issues or discrepancies.
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior engineers, technicians, and site workers.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management regularly.
• Optimize the use of materials, equipment, and resources to enhance project efficiency.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Site Engineer in civil construction.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
