Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer in the civil field to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in managing construction sites, ensuring project completion on time and within budget, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on the construction site.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, schedules, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers, technicians, and site workers.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and resources to optimize project performance.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the civil construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
