Position: Civil Engineer
Location: On-Site at Khavda

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

o Develop detailed Planning.

o Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems for solar projects from inception to completion.

o Ensure projects are executed in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Site Management:

o Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for electrical systems.

o Supervise on-site electrical activities, including wiring, inverter installation, and grid connection.

o Coordinate with a functional team including engineers, contractors and stakeholders.

Technical Support:

o Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

o Resolve any technical challenges that arise during the execution of the project.

o Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the installed system.

Documentation and Reporting:

o Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.

o Prepare and submit regular project status reports to senior management. Manage and prepare JMC and material recognition with client license with client and IPP/ project team regular meeting with client and IPP/ project owner, project management team and do MOMs.

o Prepare JMC and project progress material calculation And Get It confirmed with on monthly basis

o prepare all civil quality audit and documentation as per client/ project owner requirement

Continuous improvement:

o Stay updated on industry trends Technologies.

o implement improvement to project process and develop methodologies

o Assist Deputy Project manager in invoicing by providing all necessary documents .

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 2 years in solar energy projects.

Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, construction practices, and project management.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Staad Pro/ Pro- E, and other relevant software will be preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Track monitor and compare the project progress with billing and material reconciliation
