Role

The position holder will be responsible for technical supervision of construction projects as allotted, overseeing and tasking workforce, act as technical advisor and manage day-to-day work at the site as per the work plans and schedules.



• Ability to follow set quality parameters and checklists, etc.
• Knowledge of construction /materials, processes and equipment to supervise /execute the construction activities at the site.
• Overall execution of all construction work from its initial stages to completion for new projects as well as existing projects including maintenance and repair works, etc.
• Carefully study the drawings, layouts and check calculations for time required to complete certain tasks, quality and quantity of material required, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining delivery timelines and quality standards at the site.
• Routine check-up of quality of raw materials received and used at the site as per the specifications set for structural work. Report to Site In-charge if the material doesn't meet the quality standards.
• Technical supervision of workers, contractors, and other internal and external workforce in order to track progress of work done as per designs and schedules.
• Maintain records for all site memos and instructions, measured quantities of work and materials on site, reports & other documents and correspondence pertaining to the construction activities.

Experience: 1-5 years hands of experience in Construction and project handling

Education Qualification: B. Tech/ Diploma in Civil engineering

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
