We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer specialized in Slow Sand Filtration for our project located in Bani Kathua. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering, particularly in the design, construction, and maintenance of slow sand filtration systems. Responsibilities:
- System Design: Collaborate with the project team to design slow sand filtration systems tailored to meet project specifications and requirements.
- Construction Oversight: Oversee the construction phase, ensuring that slow sand filtration systems are built according to design specifications, within budget, and on schedule.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the slow sand filtration system.
- Testing and Commissioning: Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of slow sand filtration systems to verify performance and functionality.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all construction activities, testing results, and commissioning procedures for future reference and compliance purposes.
- Problem-solving: Address any technical issues or challenges that arise during the construction and operation of slow sand filtration systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards during construction activities, prioritizing the health and well-being of workers and the community.
- Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to site staff and operators involved in the operation and maintenance of slow sand filtration systems.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the design, construction, and maintenance of slow sand filtration systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations related to water treatment and filtration systems.
- Flexibility to work in challenging environments and adapt to changing project requirements.
