: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction, with the ability to manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities : - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring work is carried out according to plans and specifications. - Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. - Coordinate the allocation of resources such as labor, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project execution. - Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site. - Regularly update project stakeholders on the progress of the construction project, including any delays or issues encountered. - Address any unexpected challenges or conflicts that arise during the construction process, and find solutions to keep the project on track. - Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure that their expectations are met. - Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, inspection reports, and change orders. - Provide guidance and supervision to site staff, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure teamwork and productivity.

Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. -0 - 1 years of experience in civil construction, with proven experience in site management and project execution. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
