of CSR Project Executive - Infrastructure:

Brickwork Foundation is the CSR partner of Brickwork India private Limited, a Knowledge Process Outsourcing company situated at Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore

Brickwork Foundation is looking for a Program Executive to run the education improvement program in and around Bangalore.

1. To execute Brickwork's programs to improve infrastructure such as buildings, labs, playground, toilets, etc. in Government and Aided schools.

2. To undertake CSR related work to provide infrastructure such as toilets, open gyms, drinking water, signboards, etc. public space, such as parks, museums, etc. and School buildings.

3. To meet the officials of the education department, schools, NGOs, other offices, etc. to get necessary approvals and required documentation.

4. To prepare estimates and budgets for the projects planned.

5. To supervise the construction / infrastructure activities.

6. To coordinate finalizing agreements, MOUs etc. with departments and organizations.

7. To maintain MIS reports and presentation of the work done.

8. To complete the task assigned within the stipulated time.

9. To work with the admin team in office administration and facility management tasks.

10. Execute outside jobs like bill payment, bank work, procurement, etc.

11. Purchase of materials for the infrastructure improvement programs.

12. Working days - Monday to Saturday

Qualification, experience and other attributes:

1. Civil Engineering Diploma/ Degree with at least 2-3 years' experience in the construction field.

2. Should know excel, Power point and email correspondence.

3. Should be able to read and write Kannada.

4. Good command over English.

5. Should have 2-wheeler and license. Should be willing to travel in Karnataka.

6. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

7. Should be self-motivated and go getter.

8. Should be passionate about social service.

Pay: ?20,180.83 - ?28,587.58 per month
