Position : Senior Civil Engineer / Site Engineer / Project Engineer (Civil)

Minimum experience in construction of High Rise residential/commercial/villa projects with Degree or diploma in civil engineering

Layout experience is added advantage.

Capable to plan and execute daily activities at site

Should project and determine all required resources and materials required in advance Planning all operations and schedules in advance

Hire contractors to allocated jobs and responsibilities

Should be able to understand the project requirements and specifications

Reports and submissions to management on frequent basis

In depth understanding of construction procedures, material requirements and project management principles

In depth knowledge of the field works (or practical experience).

Should have Basic knowledge of electrical , plumbing and firefighting Should hv executed water treatment plants projects

Knowledge about HVAC systems Should have handled retail and commercial construction projects
