We are seeking a talented and motivated Site Civil Engineer to join our team of real estate builders and developers. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in civil engineering and proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry-relevant software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Design:
• Assist in the planning and design of residential and commercial projects.
• Create detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Site Management:
• Oversee construction sites to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.
• Coordination and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communicate effectively with project team members and provide technical support as needed.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on project status.
• Quality Control and Safety:
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of construction.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on site.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Track project milestones and prepare progress reports for management.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of all project-related activities.
• Software Utilization:
• Utilize AutoCAD and other software such as Revit, Civil 3D, and MS Project for design and project management.
• Stay updated on the latest software developments and integrate new tools into the workflow as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D).
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,193.27 - ?25,649.82 per month
