Job Description

Assigning work to the contractors and follow-up control for same.

Checks all work assignment and get actual work report from contractor/agency.

To prepared daily progress reports (DPR) on daily basis and share with head.

In-time Work Execution as per guidance of Chief Engineer.

Make sure all the work to be complete as per the define timeline.

Ensure all material testing with report to before using. (e.g. cement, steel rod CUBE test and others)

Ensure stage wise site drawings are to be done in laminated form. (Engineer)

Make sure every stage of work should be checked as per the define parameters with documentation.

Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.

Promote the safety Rules and establish safe working cultures and practices.

Make sure smooth and healthy work environment at place.

Schedule, control and monitor the site and inventory of materials on a daily basis and also maintain stocks. (I.e. Cement, Still rod etc.) as per the plan with Qnt

Stage wise prepare the Material order/purchase plan and coordinate with purchase team.

Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the construction planning.

Stock data to be update on a regular basis with entry in ERP.

Conducting weekly / Monthly / Quarterly review and drive engineering team for timely completion of project.

Material requirement to be share with project head with entry in ERP

Make sure all the material received at site should be checked by define parameters.

Candidate will be responsible to undertake periodic reviews for pending work status.

Prepare reports ask by management as & when required and issue to management.

Undertake any other task assigned by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
