Job Title: Site Engineer Location: Kochra Realty LLP : Kochra Realty LLP is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Organizing: Plan and organize construction work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Supervision: Supervise and direct site personnel, ensuring they perform their tasks correctly and safely.
- Specification Compliance: Ensure all project specifications and standards are met.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, making sure it stays on schedule.
- Coordination: Coordinate with other engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks and inspect completed work to ensure it meets the required standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve technical problems that arise during the construction process and provide effective solutions.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
