Job Description

Responsibilites :

1.Marketing Duty

•Develop and implement marketing strategie's to attract new clients and projects

•Establish and Maintain relationships with key stakeholders,including developers,Architects

2.Site operations

•Oversee day-to-day construction activities at multiple project sites within in the sites

•Coordinate with operation Head to optimize productivity and efficiency

3. Labour arrangements

•Assign tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow and project completion within deadlines.

•address any labor -related issues or conflicts promptly and effectively

4.Quantity Estimation

•collaborate with project teams to accurately estimate material and labor requirements for each project.

•Monitor project progress and adjust resource allocations as needed to meet targets.

5.Material Arrangements

•Procure and manage the delivery of construction materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.

•Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and competitiveness

6.Client Coordination

•Keep clients informed about project milestones ,budgetary constraints,and any potential issues.

•Address client concerns or requests promptly and professionally

7.Payment co-ordination

•Work closely with the finance department to track project expenses

•Ensure timely collection of payments from clients

Job Requirment :

Qualification

•B-tech, civil engineering, diploma,Draft man civil,ITI

•Proven experience in construction project management

•Strong understanding of construction process,regulations,and best practices

•Excellent Leadership ,communication and interpersonal skills

•Ability to multitask ,Prioritize and delegate effectively in a fast-paced environment

•valid driver License and willing to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
