Site Supervision: Manage and oversee daily site activities to ensure that work is executed as per the design, schedule, and quality standards.
MEP Coordination: Coordinate with MEP contractors and ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of systems in line with project specifications.
AutoCAD Proficiency: Review and interpret design drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD to ensure accurate execution on-site.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Project Management: Assist in the preparation and management of project schedules, budgets, and reports, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment on-site.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and execution of project requirements.
Interior Works: Manage and oversee all interior construction activities, including finishes, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and detail.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial or residential construction.
Proven experience in MEP coordination and site supervision.
Strong AutoCAD skills, with the ability to interpret and apply design drawings on-site.
Experience in interior construction and finishing works is highly desirable.
Language: English, Tamil and Hindi (preferable)
